Board not loading

I keep getting this error message:



and have been for the last few hours. The board was working fine this morning, and it's not working for anyone else. Any idea what's up and when this will be fixed?

same problem here..though the server status says that .16 should be running

Here too. When I saw that 16 changed from offline to online I was hoping things were fixed, but apparently not yet.

You don't even have a page up notifing people that you are aware of the problems.

The page simply times out and no one knows why.

We have 750+ members looking for answers that I cannot give them!!!

I have exact same issue.
But i am sure gateway and isp allowed the access.
Ping worked.

This error cropped up months ago as stated in this thread phpBB Forum Timeouts, 'Too Many Connections', Server load, or '1' Errors but it seemed to go away for a bit on our board until this past week.

I've tried all the solutions offered also to no avail.
In the meantime I've been using a proxy server to access my forums.
And I have no problems accessing forumer support without a proxy.

i think that they have fixed it for the .16.forumer.com
and you dont need a proxy
