Log into your Administration Control Panel, click on General Congfiguration, scroll all the way down to E-mail Settings, and tell me what "Use SMTP Server for email" is set to..

Been there, destroyed that.

Use SMTP Server for email = NO
I change it to Yes but still got this error

Don't follow Attitude's instructions as they don't have anything to do with groups like Sawan said. You might have to wait for Limez to fix the problem. Do you get that error on every page or just certain pages?

That's very similar problem to >> this one. I still didn't get to write a tutorial how to fix it. If you won't be able to fix it by yourself, then send me a PM with your admin login details. In case you're not allowed to send PM's, you can send me an e-mail via this message board.
