Cant connect to my forum http://fotbling.17.forumer.com/index.php
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
Was able to 20 minutes ago.

How do you mean exactly? You can't log on? You can't see your forum (you get some kind of error message)? Please give us a bit more info so we can help. BTW I can see your forum fine when I click the link, though of course i can't log in cos I am not a member.

This sort of problem would be caused by your internet browser, rather than the forum itself. I would advise you to clear your cookies/cache/temp internet files to attempt to rectify this problem if it happens again.

May just have been a temporary glitch in service from your ISP.

I tried once again and i can access ur site.
Try to use a diff browser? Afterall, IE sux.

Try mozilla firefox!

And if u insist on silly IE, then clear all cache, cookies, the temp folders and restart, and try again.

Btw, if u cant or have prob configuring mozilla firefox, juz pm me.
