Good Morning!

For some reason, my 'Guest Total' at the bottom of the page has stopped working about 2-3 weeks ago. It will still track 'members' who are already logged in, or any 'hidden' members on line, but no longer will register anyone who may be reading the forum but not logged in.

I appreciate the help.

How odd.

I've checked the test board on server 7 and it appears to have the same problem. I'll report this right away

My forum got the same problem for a few weeks now,its probably the same for all forum of forumer7,if someone find out why this happed please lt me know.

Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not give out any ETA's when bugs will be fixed, as we do not fix bugs. Forumer administration confirms them, then is forwarded to the Forumer.com technicians / coders for a fix. However, we usually do let you know when bugs are fixed

the forum looks deserted all the time!

and its defenitely affecting members posting ..and new members joining..as they feel no1 comes to the forum anymore!

It's been almost a month since my first posting here!

I don't understand why it should be so hard??!

Why not compare with a different server and find the problem that way???
The problem appears to be across the board with every forum that is on Server #7.
However, I know that Server #17 works just fine!

Why can't the techs compare between the two servers???

Same problem on server 6, since the anti-spam-add-ons have been installed.

I have re-alerted the techs again, we're in the process of finding a fix to this. So, please do not worry.

This is ONLY on servers 6 and 7, correct?
