| Member | I have never posted here before so I hope I am doing this right. I have 3 Members, all signed up under a different name (2 brothers and a sister who live in the same household) and when they try to sign into my forums, they get a Gateway 504 error. I saw this issue on a different server type but no one ever gave an answer that I know of so I am posting here. These three members live in the Kingdom Of Bahrain. They have registered and posted on the forums before. Now when they try to sign in they get this error and I can't find it in trouble shooting. If you can help me or direct me where to look, I would greatly appreciate it. Woofie |

| Member | I was told recently that the Gateway 504 error is a server end error that could only be fixed by the provider. It is a time out error I guess because the site loads slow. I have yet to receive an answer for this and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Woof |

| Member | Kurisu, Thank you for responding to my post. I will ask the members having the problem to send me a screen shot to forward to you. No other members have this issue but the 3 people living in Kingdom Of Bahrain. Thanks, Woofie |

| VIP Team | I've seen this problem before. It is either one of two things: 1) (The most likely reason) If the user is on a school / work computer, then the school / company has blocked out *.forumer.com* in their network's firewall. Unfortunately, Forumer.com does not have any control of this. 2) There is probably a network connection error. Please check the network settings, make sure your personal firewall isn't blocking access, refresh modem, restart computer and try again. |
