I see this bug

what happend?? and when this bug will be fixed??

yeah!
I have the same problem with my forum. Is that common? what's happen?
I don't understand very much this problem.
A friend of my tell me that is a slow conection to data base, is that correctly?
Is any solution for this problem?
Is a solutionable bug?
Is really a bug? Or maybe a really bad conection to data base?

And why says "User XXXX"?
Please, I want to know about this bug....
