| Member | Aye, same problem here. I think that this is now more than just a simple case of configuration panel difficulties. Even after reducing the flood interval down to 0, I've recieved the same error. I strongly urge the administrative body to look into the issue and resolve it. Thank you all in advance. |

| Member | Problem solved! Whether it was solved in time or due to the technicians of phpBB, I don't know. But I can post again. Also the time is set correctly again. |

| Member | Hey folks: I had the same problem on my board yesterday. At the same time, I noticed that the time stamps of the people who WERE able to post were out of synch (we had been getting stamps of April 28th and then, all of the sudden, posts were being stamped April 27th). I don't know if others saw the same thing, but... My THEORY is that the users who were blocked had posted recently. The forumer software saw that they had posted at, say, 4/28/06 3:16:10am and, because of the flood interval, therefore could not post again until 4/28/06 3:16:20am. BUT, then - for whatever reason - the time changed on the forum and, instead of a 10 second wait, the users had to wait approximately 18 hours for the forum time to once again read 4/28/06 3:16:20am. Like I said, that's just a theory. But, based on that theory, I told my users to be patient and try posting again after we had bypassed the "temporal anomaly". I noticed this morning that posts from 'locked out' users had resumed. Hope this helps! |
