flushed dns, still no forum PLEASE HELP!!!

I've just got back from being away all weekend and it's chaos. My forum has apparently been down all day, maybe longer, I don't know how long. I've got loads of emails asking what's going on.

I've done the flushdns thing just now as suggested in the announcement and I still can't access it. I just get the standard white page with "The page cannot be displayed The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings..." blah blah on.

What's going on????

Can someone please help urgently?

I only get a blank page too. I also get a "connection refused" pop-up.

I had this problem as well, and reported it. But it either fixed itself or Limez fixed it. I still don'tknow what happened.

Flush your dns again and also clear your cache, cookies and history. Then reboot your computer.

Also post your real Forumer URL. example - xx.7.forumer.com

Hi, I've done the flushing thing twice

My forum is there if you put http://deepinsight.7.forumer.com

But not the www.deepinsightforum.com, which I've paid for.

Can someone fix it please?

I can see your forum using this URL - http://deepinsight.7.forumer.com/ , but I can't see it using your redirection URL.

Limez said the IP numbers changed when he changed over to the new servers. I don't own a redirection URL, but if you need to give the company an IP number or something to find your forum, that might be something to look into.

What ip is your DNS pointing to?

From what I can tell it should be 69.64.49.24

We have tried changing the IP address...now it goes to forumer and says 404 error! Says we may have violated terms or been inacted for 30 days.

Exactly, that's the whole point I'm making. No-one seems to be able to work out why. I just don't understand what is going on. I have had no access from the URL I have paid for for 2 days now and am really getting upset about it. Some people have found their way through the original link, but not many.

I can't find any advice anywhere on this forum about the IPs or anything, I just don't undertsand what to do.

We've been and logged into DomainExplorer.com and done the new IP addresses. Our settings say...

DNS Settings current service: - simple -
host
Host Name Record Type Address
* (other) A 69.64.49.24
@ (none) A 69.64.49.24
www A 69.64.49.24

It's still not working.

Do you need to re-add it in the Admin CP ? I had to for a friend's forum.
