my banner, my signature, my avatar is all screwed. my chatbox also was screwed. what seems to be the problem?

I didn't see a problem.

Can you show us what it's suppose to look like

I cannot find any problem with your boards appearance at the time of this post. You could try clearing your browsers cookies/cache by following these steps: http://forum.forumer.com/showthread.php?t=5578 and refreshing your page.

Please post back with a screen shot of the issue if it re-occurs.
