Default Can't get into admin cp
When i click the link to get me into the admin control panel, it doesn't do anything for 5 - 10 seconds then goes back to the main page again.

What do i do ?

The skin you are using for your own personal log on, make sure it is SubSilver and try logging into the admin CP again.

It was already on subsilver but i went into profile anyway and put it on subsilver and updated it but still no luck...

Hmm.

My forums are on server 12 like yours. I have no trouble gettnig into my admin CP.

Are you sure your name/password is correctly being typed?

Are you using AOL?

What browser are you using?

I don't even get to the password stage mate. It just loads up the main page again...


And im using BT Yahoo and Internet Explorer, the only two servers ive got and they both don't work....

Ok, that's fine. Next step... how high do you have your security settings set in Internet Explorer? Go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy. Make sure the slider is set no higher than "Medium-High".

It's only on medium mate... I think it's something to do with the fact that i tried to put music on there before and ever since it has been a lot slower.

Please be patient while we troubleshoot this problem. We will find and answer.

I believe it may be a spyware problem. This has happened many times before. Please try running the following:
http://www.ewido.net/en/onlinescan/

Then, after your computer is clean, reboot your system and try again.

Still no luck.

Could it be something to do with the fact that a while ago i tried to add music to the site ? Ever since i did this, for members, everytime they log on they get a realplayer error or something....

Please get back to me....
