Default Link in notifications

Sometime back I was told the link not working in PM notifications was a known problem. A member just told me the message he gets when someone responds to a post on his thread, does not work when they click on it.

Is this part of the same problem

Yes, it is, and even though we have tried hard to fix this, we are hoping that when phpBB3 is released, it will fix this permanently. However, I will still submit this thread to Limez to be reviewed.

I just tested both the PM notification and the reply notification. Both emails included the correct URL which led to the right post/message.

It may have been that the user was using AOL or Hotmail which caused the links not to work.

Limez, this one isn't crucial... I wouldn't worry about it as much as the pinned bug topics...
