Hello,

Wonderful service you're offering to the public, congratulations, on the work.

My problem is when I try and change my domain name to my forum, its not remembering my changes after I click on submit down the bottom.

when I first set up the forum there was 6.forumer.com at the top where is says domain, now when I try and put in the location of the forum which is fsk.6.forumer.com it wont remember it, it just keeps the old address 6.forumer.com, Im clicking on submit when I try and change it but as I said it wont save my changes.

I'm not too sure what you're asking. Are you wanting to change your forum URL or are you trying to register for a phpBB forum?

When I go into the admin section there is a Configuration link when I click that link I get the configuration section open, on the top of that section there is a domain name section, on the side of that there is a doman name the domain name I have there is 6.forumer.com I need to put in the domain of my forum right? so people dont get errors right? or have I got this all wrong do I have to replace the 6.forumer.com domain name with the forums domain which is fsk.6.forumer.com

If I need to change 6.forumer.com domain name I am trying to put in fsk.6.forumer.com when I click the submit button on the botom so it remembers the changes it doesnt save it, I know its not saving it because when I go back into the admin config section the same domain name is there which is 6.forumer.com

All forums come fully configured, so you do not need to change the domain name, it should be left as is.

when I click on the forgotten password link it sends a new password to the email address, there is always an error with the link it sends to activate the new password, eg. the link is sends is this one below.

http://6.forumer.com/profile.php?mode=acti...&............... etc

when I put in fsk at the start of it eg.

http://fsk.6.forumer.com/profile.php?mode=...............etc

the link works then and activates the new password, I was asuming it was sending the first link without the fsk.6 etc was because the domain in the admin config section doesnt have the full domain to the forum in it next to where is says domain name which is, http://fsk.6.forumer.com

That problem is being looked into, and hopefully fixed soon.
