Please first create your database 'forum_common'! every time i try and add a new avarter it comes up what do i do

Somtimes when other people or me try to vist forum or do things while on forum eg.Post,login,register ect.. this error comes up

" Please first create your database 'forum_common' "

the when it comes up you have to get of forum and get back on then it usaly works.I need help my forum is http://warrior.6.forumer.com/ Thanks

How do I fix this? I can't read posts, nor I can't get into the administration functions. Thanks in advance:
