Hi my name is MOTHERE2MOTHER SA iam the person who started my forum when i logged in this morningmother 2 mother australian community
for some reason i have been logged out.
i have sent for a new password 2 times, and on each occassion get a link to
http://www.forumer.com/error.php when i have to activate my new password and it comes to an error and not to my forum. have been tryin almost half the day and can only go in as a guest at the moment...
need help please.

So, your saying every time you go to log in, it logs you back out?

No when i set up the forum i chose keep me logged in have not cleaned out any of my cookies etc so not sure how i got logged out. When i went in this morning i come across me logged out when i went to log in with user name and password not allowed to log in. When i sent for forgotten password it directs me to http://www.forumer.com/error.php for me to activate and not to my forum i get an error the forum is no inactive it is up and ging and active.

Hello,

I can view your board. But all I see is the "Please log in screen" If you are saying that you cannot log-into your board please use these helpfull ideas, or do these in order.

1) Clear your cookies and cache.
2) Dont use AOL's browsers, use I.E. or somthing eles.
3) Go to your internet properties click on the Privacy tab, and set your cookie settings at Medium High.
4) Restart, and try again

If these do not work, then it must be your local system settings and/or local conection.

Ok have done what you said to do but with no help.
I have gone in under another name and i am able to log in ok
The page i gave you is to show you what area i was using to log in i still get the error though when i go to activate my pass word error 404 which is the problem i can not activate my pass word to go into my site because when i click on he link which has been sent the link links me to error 404.

Ok, if your getting that 404 error, then Forumer is working on that bug.

Also, another question....you just said that the admin pass dosnt work, correct? Well what you need to do, is look through all of your email folders, and look for that email Forumer sent you wh you registered for that board. It said for you to provide a real email adress. Hopefully you did. So look through all of your folders (Including Spam, deleted, ect...) and reclick on that link. and retype that password that forumer gave you.

That should do it.
