| VIP Team | Aha. Well, then you need to do this. Change your skin back to subSilver, go to, "General Admin" "Configuration" "Enable visual confirmation code?" and set that to no. Save your changes. Then, change your skin back to whatever you would like. Registration will work normally again. And, if not, go to "General Admin" "Configuration" "Enable visual confirmation code?" and set that to no on your current skin if that is an option. Save your changes.Majicman ![]() |

| Member | I also am having the same problem, but the solution either is above my understanding or is not applicable. My message board is: http://gospelkingdom.8.forumer.com/index.php I have not changed skins, so how do I change it back? When it was at its origin. However, I attempted to import a skin and use that and then change back and still to no avail. I also am not using the confirmation box, and therefore how can I click it to no, when it is already on no? These 2 settings are in the fix stated, and even tho I have double and triple clicked them the problem still is there. I only can get users to register by having the setting on none. I appreciate any help on this. Thank you very much, I been looking for a forum of this caliber for a long time. Just gotta get these bugs worked out. Doma3 |

| Member | The same everyone else is speaking of. I have seen like 3 or 4 threads on this subject and they are all the same. If they try to log in they get an invalid username or password message. When I look at their profile they are not an active (registered) user, and have to manually change it. I don't want to do that. So I have it on none for now. Is this a universal problem they are working on? As I seem to see in some responses? I really enjoy the forum and like all the options and professional feel and look. Thanks for the help. |

| VIP Team | The "User" option is currently having problems, yes. And we are aware of them. If you set it to "Admin", like you said, you have to manually validate them all. Setting to None, like you have it now, is probably just the best thing to do. ![]() Majicman ![]() |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | I'm having similar problems with new members and existing members. Some members tell me that when they log in, the page loads and goes back to the log in page again.. It's frustrating because i'm losing new members everytime this happens. What can i do ? If your trying to fix it then how long roughly do you think it will take ? Cheers in advance. | VIP Team | In IE, make sure in the Internet Options, Privacy tab that the slider is set no higher than "Medium-High". Also add your forum to your list of trusted sites. See if that helps. |
