I just created a forum, got the password from the email that was sent to me, when I try to log in, it just shows blank white, and says done.

You get cookie problems too with phpbb especially if you use AOL

What I do is hit the back button then hit refresh and your logged in.

No, do not keep refreshing the page, that will load uop the server even more, and will make your problem worse.
