The Forumer Team is very pleased to all members are wanting to help out to find the little errors and bugs within our forum software, and please recognize that we really appreciate all your reports. However, at sometimes it gets quite tedious.

I've composed a list of rules before you should conduct before reporting any so called "Bugs".Often times, the Search feature will find your answer. Please use it to search for keywords of your problem and make sure that your bug report hasn't already been reported. This will save the Forumer Team quite a bit of time when answering to the Bug Reports. If you're going to conduct a search, run the search option over all of the Bug Report Sub-forums.
  • State your problem
Please don't simply link us to your board and tell us to look at it. State your problem, state when the problem started occurring and what you did to cause this problem (if anything). You must understand that the more detail the Forumer Team has, the more assistance we'll be able to provide you with.
  • Back-track the problem
Please provide us with all the steps you did to cause the error/bug on your board. We'll need to know exactly what you did you be able to provide you with assistance on your report. If you don't provide us with enough information, we cannot assist you.
  • Do not ask support questions
This forum is for bug reporting, not for asking support questions. For official support please use our phpBB2 General Support.

Thanks and happy bug reporting!
