hiya...please don't get upset with me, cuz i can't figure out how to do it. I'm having an issue with Fchat. I paid for three monthes of Fchat service for my forum (http://houseofresin.17.forumer.com) and it lasted two days, now tells everyone that "Fchat is not installed and may be purchased...blah blah blah) I'd really like my Fchat reinstalled. It was working fine for a while then acts like it isn't there.

What do i do? I tried using "contact us" but it just shows tells me that my Forum ID is not recognzied, and won't let me send a support request. (Even though i cut and pasted it from my browser)

I'm desperate.
