I need help with skinning problems.

I am new to forumer *brand new that is* and my forum is at:

http://habbofanatix.4.forumer.com/

So my question is:

How do I install NEW Skins that I have downloaded from sites?
I tried to download it in HTML Templetes and all that comes up is: 4.forumer.com

Can someone help me please!
