Im not sure but I heard you can use actual skins on FreeIB, not just color changing. I want to know, could anyone make a skin tht replicates the Windows XP Luna theme? Please?

once they get a skin uploader, then you can goto:

IBPlanet.com > Skins > Invision Power Board 1.2.x
