I was looking in the 'Search' for this but I didn't find nice explain bout it =[
It is for the colours of admins, moderators, bla to be viewed over the avatar. Please give me link to previouse thread with explain or give me 1 =[

register at fMods, make 15 non spam posts in the community section then you will ba able to see those threads linked here too...

It takes like 5 minutes to register,and post a couple posts to see everything.Its a good site,when you really need codes or info..
