When you site site are you making reference to the Forumer Website? Or would you be talking about the skin? To set-up a website like Forumer's you'll need to have quite a bit of coding skills and you must know how to set up websites to change the skin to the default skin read answer to question number 17 in the Skinning FAQ.

Also how do you change the bachground color of the logo strip? Thanks.

To change the background color of the .logostrip find the following line in your Style Sheet and edit the text marked in blue.

#logostrip { border:1px solid #345487;background-color: #3860BB; }
