On the menu bar (To see what I am talking about, go tomy site, it is the bar that has "Home", "Forums", "Help", "Search", "Members", and "Calendar"), is there a way to add a drop box in the menu bar?

Example: Add a word that says "Affiliates" and when you run your mouse over it, a box drops down and it has links to sites that are affiliates.

Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

Another question:

On the Main Page (IPdynamic Lite), recent topics come up as topics are made, how do I change this so that when a someone replys to a topic it gets bumped to the top of the "recent topics" list?

Anyone?

If you don't know about the dropbox question, do you know how to center the banner? I have done it before but have forgoten how I did it. I tried a search and couldn't find anything! Please help me, I need to change this ASAP!

The only thing i can suggest is using an advanded mouse.over DHTML command. Try finding the code on Google.
