The bar at the top:

.maintitle { [/.../] background-image: url(URL_goes_here)

The bar at the bottom

.titlemedium { [/.../] background-image: url(URL_goes_here) }

Change the URL_goes_here to thje url of your nre image. If you want a background color, simply removd background-image url(URL_goes_here) and change the color where it says color:#some_number_here.

for example say me I go or in the administration to be able to change the colors and bar etc....

ACP -> Stylesheets -> Edit

Find:
Quote:
.maintitle { vertical-align:middle;font-weight:bold; color:#FFF; padding:8px 0px 8px 5px; background-image: url(style_images/<#IMG_DIR#>/tile_back.gif) }
Change the thing in red to another image if you want to change the top bars. If you want a background color of your forum, remove the things in red and change the code in blue.

To change the bottom bars:

Quote:
.titlemedium { font-weight:bold; color:#3A4F6C; padding:7px; margin:0px; background-image: url(style_images/<#IMG_DIR#>/tile_sub.gif) }
same as you did with the above and you are done
