| Errrrrrrrr ![]() | You can't install your own skin - you can only edit skins that are already installed. |

| Banned User ![]() | If you want to upload and use a different skin, ie a different css (stylesheet) makes a different look, you can use a differnt css . The file is called .css Youll need to find some skins (css) codes , you find some here --> http://forums.ifskinzone.net/index.php? Once you register there and find a skin you like, you cut n paste the css code to notepad (not wordpad or it wont work) save on your pc. Now youve got your skin/s saved next step is Replacing your 'current stylesheet (css) in use. Acp>skins/templets> stylesheets>current stylesheet "edit" SAVE the code here to your pc first!!! then replace it with your new code. If you replace only the css code, then you wont lose your current html. At the site above many skins are given inm sections, ie a css code, a footer code, a header code. Using only the css code will not make your site look exactly as their preveiw but most of it will. You can choose to replace just css, or the whole she bang. They give you instructions so its not too difficult. A new css will change the area in your pic to its color. Always Save your current codes first so you undo changes. |
