Is there a way i can download the skin so i can edit it/etc?
Also, can we use the skin in a place other then a hosted forumer account?

You can go to your CSS and copy it all to an editor, but I believe that's the only way. EDIT: Actually you can download the CSS by going to Style Sheets and clicking Download.
And I would say no, you would have to get permission to use the skin, which I don't think will happen anyway. I could be wrong thogh, you'll have to ask someone else.
