you know the color on the bars, how they are light blue?

like on your forum here? is there any way to change this color?

if you are unsure what i mean, take a look at MY SITE and look at the bars where it says "SWFC Chat" and "Announcements and Arrivals".

please help as i want to change the light blue color.

You need to edit your css sheets to change those colors or pick a different skin from the 15 to choose from.On my site(click on the "www" down below) in my "graphics zone" there is a area on "css helps" if you care too look or you can doo a "Google" search on "teach me css".

Hope it all helps.

Those are the categories (also known as the maintitle class).

The blue strip is a tiled image. Would you like your own image or just a colour?

Answer that question and I will create a mini-tutorial for you to accomplish your desire.
