How do i get my shoutbox above the board statistics like my friend?

Where is it? I don't see a link to it anywhere (unless it won't show unless you're registered; it says that the admin demands all viewers log in).And anyways, you want to put your ShoutBox HTML code somewhere in Global HTML Templates (I can't be any more precise unless you say exactly where you want it; the board statistics won't show for unregistered people at your friend's forum).

I'd like to set up a shoutbos in the upper part of my site (Preferably or why not, under the ad). But I confess I'm a newbie. Where can I edit the document and how can I add the code for my shoutbox? :?:
