How do you change the pics only???
e.g. the board statistics!

Go to the Images ONly section of your Admin CP to start. Now next to each image, you'll see a text area with some code like the below:

<img src="style_images/skinname/image.gif" title="title">

All you need to do is change the path in the code (underlined above) to the URL of your new image. I suggest hosting images at Imageshack.

. No, really I don't think he'll mind. But if you find image shack's layout confusing, you can also try photobucket.
