What is the name of the "important Topics" bar and the "Forum Topics" bar in the "Forum Index View." THese bars come up when I pin a topic. Help please!

You have just named them yourself. What exactly are you asking? They appear to help the user distinguish between the important topics and the regular ones.

Where? I don't see where they are. I know the actual names of the bars as they are seen on the forums, but is it possible to edit the colors of those bars by changing a certain part of the code in the HTML programming?
