I don't want to make a skin, but I do want to allow my users to have more choices when it comes to skins. I can find skins that I want, and I can find skins for my version.

Please explain to me (in detail) how to upload them onto my board. I mean, I hit the Download button, and everything goes well...but there's no tutorial...

Should I save it to a file? Should I just open it? Where do I find the CSS code? Where do I put the CSS code? Basically, start from the beginning please (we do have an experienced skinner on our site, but he does not have WinZip.).
