In the admin's control panel. i suddenly got into the section call 'Manage skin sets'.... i find that section very very useful but i don't know how to get back in there coz i can't find the section for it

You selet sheet sytles if your on the older version board.

This panel meets you only after you have installed a skin - you are directly taken to this area.

I don't think there's any way of getting back to it apart from re-installing a skin if your curremnt skin is from the forumer selection. (Note this will re-set all html and CSS)
