I would like some one to make me a forum skin if they would be willing to that would be great if you are i will tell you what i would like.

Forum Setup:
3dish forumer borders kinda like the aqua pre bulit skin..except i would like it a dark grey.
I would like like a baby blue or Green font.
ps2 and xbox and game cube images that light up when there are new posts
and i would like to have a black Bg.
So i basically would like to the forum to be dark.
