Is it possible that i can make an backup of all post, topics and categories?

If you are the chief admin you might try saving all of the posts as text documents on your computer but that is alot of work to do....these boards are supposed to be backed up on the host server at least once a day I think but I have been wrong before....good luck.

I would agree that it would be nice if administrators could back up their forum on their own computer even if it was never used. I read in this section where a number of children enter and hijack a forum and destroy the work (extensive) the administrators have done...
