Hello my friend got a forumer board and right now it is the worst for editing skins, hacks and stuff ... SO I need to know something .. I got some hacks, mods you know what I mean one to blink the PM thingy red .. but where am I suppose to put it to ?? On x you put it in the header ..

You can not install hacks or mods on Forumer. This includes anything that involves installation. You can customize your board's look by going to Admin CP > HTML Templates > Manage HTML. In there, you can adjust the HTML in any way you wish. Sorry you can't do more.

Forumer does not allow hacks and such.

Like one that you can have a glowing name or that you can pin a topic of yu choice.

Also hor do you install fast reply?
