hi - never thought i'd have to post a question, but i guess there's a first time for everything....

after searching thru the support forum, i see there are multiple questions relating to the archive feature at the bottom of the home page (either logged in or not) of a forum - a feature i've just stumbled upon tonite.

in my forum, ALL threads, topics, etc., are private - absolutely no guest privileges whatsoever. we are a VERY private group of people (for various online stalking reasons), so imagine my panic when i discovered that, although the threads are private, the ENTIRE memberlist is viewable to anyone that finds us - including birthdate, contact information, etc. this was confirmed by me logging out, clearing cookies, etc. i am not even comfortable with the section headings displaying, but i can likely tweak that. due to my privacy needs, i would prefer to PM my forum link than publically post it (if that's okay).

please tell me this is considered a bug, and you're looking at it - it is not only unnerving, but it is an intense privacy breach.

if it isn't a bug, is there a mod that i could install to block access completely?

I will mention this to Limez again.

About a mod... maybe try putting a request for one in fMods

hello again....

i posted a modification request on fmods..... this was their answer:

"We can't edit the Lo-Fi Version of the forum. Your going to have to take this up with someone at fhq.forumer.com."

this is a HUGE issue...... any idea on resolution timeframe?
