I have a member who is unable to access the forum from the following address: 174.130.128.192
whtractor.15.forumer.com

That address is not in the banned addresses that I have, is it banned at the server level?

What is the error message he is receiving when trying to access the forum? and where is he from?

The member is in Albemarle, NC (USA) and is getting a "page can not be displayed" message. He can access from work, just not home.

Can he try in a different browser perhaps? maybe check his firewall settings...
