Unhappy Revalidation Request not really successful

Some days ago I had changed my e-mail adress and after that I should receive a validation e-mail in my e-mail but nothing happened. After that I tried many times to resend validation email. Every time the answer I get is: "Your revalidation request was successful
A revalidation email has been sent to the registered address for that member. Please check your email within the next few minutes - including any 'junk mail' or 'spam' folders you may have," but in fact I do not receive any validation e-mail.

Can someone help me or I must create a new forum somewhere else?

ok I can read........ still don't get it..... your account is working and your forum is also working so why do you need to validate after changing the email address?

Because it is obligatory.

"PLEASE NOTE: You will have to re-activate your account after changing your email address.
An email will be sent to the email address you specify below, outlining what you need to do.

Proceeding with this action will log you out. It is strongly recommended that you reset your password before changing your email address if you are unable to remember your password."

Did you check Junk Folders etc? Are you sure you never got it? Do you have any other administrators that could restore access?

@Staff: Issue 00000008?

Sorry, I've been out of action for a few weeks. I will have our technician look over it.

Did you check your old email address?

Sometimes there could be an email to that address telling you that somebody tried to change email address for hacking purposes.

We know you aren't hacking into your own account but because it is the main account that can happen.
