The actual tags are:

[doHTML]Code Here[/doHTML]
Depending on the applet, the tag will work or not.
An applet can mean a ton of things i.e. a Java applet, for instance, the [doHTML] tags might have some sort of function within the applet, but that can't really be confirmed since all applets have different properties.
