Hi,

Last week I asked if it was possible to rename a forum. Here:

http://support.forumer.com/index.php?showtopic=8279

I was under the impression that it was not possible.

Now, if I try the "old" or "new" address it says it does not exist.

Has it been deleted?

Thanks.

Hi,

Did you in any way break the Forumer TOS? That could get your board deleted if you did. Additionally, has anyone posted on your board in the last 30 days? Boards are deleted if there are no posts on them for atleast 30 days.

Question

New post not, because I closed it for a while but, as I remember right, it is not only posts that count for it not to be deleted, if the admin (me) logs, the board is not deleted also.

And I have been login in at regular intervals, made even some maintenance at the members database removing lots with zero post count before reopening. Last time I checked was this week.

If it has been deleted, that is amazing and sad.

That is incorrect. It doesn't matter if you login to your Admin CP or not. This won't prevent your board from being deleted. The only thing that matters is if people post on your forum or not. If there are no posts on your board for 30 days, it gets deleted. It appears that is what happened to you. Sorry.

I can't have a backup as this is one feature you don't have.

Do you happen to have one that can be recovered?

Thanks.

Sorry. We will only backup your forum if you have atleast 500 members. At which point you can PM limez and ask if he can back it up for you.
