I Have My IPB Forum

The Problem Is When I Try To Colour Or Bold The Text While Posting Or Editing...

nstead Of Colouring Or Bold The Selected Text It Shows [b] At The End Of The Text..

And Iam Unable To Do The Colouring Or Bolding.

You have to use the opening tag for the required effect in the beginning of your text and a closing tag at the end...(without the space) otherwise it won't work...

[b]Bold[/ b]

[color="Red"]Color[/ COLOR]

[size="5"] Size[/ SIZE]

and so on...

Make sure there is ALWAYS an [opening] and a [/closing] tag...

Like We Have On Other Forums.. Select The Text And Click On Bold Or Colour... And It Shows The Respective Effect..

Why Can't I Do That?

Got your problem.
Unlike vB and phpBB, you'll have to click on B type and then click on it again.
If that is it, you can click on thread tools and choose resolve this thread.
