Just wondering why I can't upload any thing with as an attachment to my forum. An yes, the file I'm uploading isn't bigger than the max - it's way under. When I go "submit post," it uploads like crazy, and then reloads the same edit page, without the attachment.

Are you sure you have al settings correct? Were you able to upload atatchemnts and this is a new occurrence?

Please create a test account and post the log in details (or PM them to me) together with your URL so I can see exactly what is happening.

Bump. In case anyone else can let me know, I can't seem to upload .mp3 files to my forum, even though I've enabled it in Admin CP. I'm getting around it atm by zipping the file, but that's not a full solution. Any ideas why I can't upload .mp3?

Limez might have disabled mp3 upload, because of the hazard of users uploading copyrighted music.

Ah, OK - that's interesting. What about copyright pics though? What stops people doing the same thing with them? Interesting to know anyway.

Thankyou for that - looks as though I can't upload MP3s then....even when I hold the permissions.

You can always upload mp3s to an external host and link it to the forum....
