FOr the pips, add a user to a group (EX mods) then add a team icon. That will get rid of them. It does that on my forum at least

I did mention that it would be highly unlikely that Forumer would have IPB 2.2 for their forums, each license costs in excess off 100$.

What if we buy our license directly from Invision Power Board... then since our database is hosted by forumer, you guys just update each forumer owner's board database to their licensed IPB 2.x.x... is it possible? This way.. forumer dont have to worry about the license costs.

And those only who would like to upgrade their boards... they can freely do it.

The forums are based on one set of files, for hundreds of thousands of forums, just a mirror copy is produced, so you as an individual can edit your templates.

So in theory, this is not possible, as it would cause havoc for the servers and may risk corrupt data being formed when your database in coverted from IPB 1.3 to IPB 2.3

Try to figure this out my friend....

how come that forumer's board has it's own different names, different forum sections, categories, members.. etc...everytime you open particular board even though that there is a bunch of board or let us say hundreds of thousands of board running in one server. It is simply because, the records are queried by specific ID to fetch all records of one particular forum. For example, querying all records of IBF Configuration Settings using conf_id, conf_title...etc from ibf_conf_settings table order by conf_group, conf_type, conf_key... will simply fetch and view all records of the specified Configuration ID and Title.... and all records from other table related to this Record ID are also easy to get and fetch.

Is this not the real theory?

So how come that the other Forumer's Board Records will be affected by the specific Record ID wich is owned by particular board.

About the multiple attachment mods.. sorry I recently I dont see some of fmods thread for some reason... i dont know... maybe you could directly ask at fmods. I know it was made by Demon

Also, that youtube option, even with the replacement, I can't see any video after posting with the yt tag. I copy the url, paste it there then select the line and press the button. Am I wrong?

If I am correct the IPB 1.3 we use is also a trial.
There is a trial version of IPB 2.x available.

It's not a trial, it was last IPB version before it went paid, but Forumer obviously modified the script to provide features for Forumer.
