Hi,

Go to http://shoutmix.com > Register > Select your settings > Copy code

To place the shoutbox at the end of the forum go to your
ACP > Skins and Templates -> HTML Templates -> Manage HTML -> Board Index Section -> End Board Statistics Table (click: Edit single) > Paste code at the end of the box > Submit.
