hello al i am started to build an IPB board all good atm
but i cant see the upload option when i start a new thread or post as admin.
iam looking in the ACP for a mistake etc. but all are ok
i have read 1-2 older posts about this but they dont help me correct for solution
please any help with steps what i must to do about-where is my wrong
thanks in advance
*edit : I config. permissions all are ok atm

OK so you say that you have the permissions in all forums and user groups in question set that they can upload files right (boxes ticked)?

Have you also set up the file details in:
AdminCP -> System Settings -> Topics, Posts & Polls ->valid postable image extensions...fill in extensions
Show uploaded images in posts: YES and also set the size,
