I searched for this but this is the only thread i found, Moderator want to change topic title .... but it's not solved.

that is exactly my problem too.
can anyone help me... please...

Hi,

Admin CP > User and Groups > Manage User Groups > Posting Permissions > Can edit own topic title & description? > Yes.

Then it should be all done.

Forum Control
Moderators
Edit (near ur moderator's nickname)
Change (Can edit others topic titles?) to "yes"

it's already set to yes, like i said in my first post
we have the same problem as the link i gave you...

please, please, my mods think they have no power
if they cannot edit even the topic title of others.

If you've made any changes to any of your HTML templates revert them and see if this fixes the problem.

Try to think of any other relevant changes you may have made in your ACP as well. If you can think of anything, try reverting those too and see if that fixes your issue.

Do indeed check obvious things such as the moderator's group, etcetera.

You may also want to try logging in under the moderator's account to troubleshoot the problem yourself, as it is generally easier to troubleshoot issues of this nature in the described manner.
