yes you must change the logo to get to the logo part follow these steps

Admincp> skins and templates> html templates> manage html> gloabal html elements> board header,logo,links> edit single

then you have to get rid of the old logo and add your own i will try and find pics.

ok to change logo go to admincp>Skins & Templates>Style Sheets>Current Stylesheets In Use>edit>

then find

#logostrip { border:1px solid #345487;background-color: #3860BB;backgroundimage:
url(style_images/<#IMG_DIR#>/tile_back.gif);padding:100px;margin:100px;

then change

style_images/<#IMG_DIR#>/tile_back.gif to the url of your image

Antony, your first answer was correct

The second will change the background image.

To change the logo:

Admin CP -> Skins & Templates -> HTML Templates -> Manage HTML.
-> Global HTML elements go down to the 14th section entitled Board Header (logo, links, etc) -> Edit Single

edit the text marked in red with the URL of the image you wish to use as your logo:

Once you've completed the edit click on the Update templates button.
