Yes, people have been getting banned for no reason..
how long does that ban last, is there anyway to undo it?

If they are kicked from fchat they get the ban message but it only lasts 60 seconds.

Yes, we're going to need more detail in order to assist you better.

I don't think the users are being kicked for "no reason", as that's never a reason. It could also be possible that they user lagged out, or the connection got dropped somehow.

As Wild Cat said, the kicks only last for a minute or so.
