Hey guys do you know if anytime in the near future forumer will upgrade invision power board to 2.3 or any higher version. i do realize at the moment they are still working on phpbb3.

No, we can't host IPB 2.3 because it costs money to use. We can't afford to host them.

oh i did not know it costs money whats the newest free download version of it.

You can't download IPB 1.3 anywhere. It's not being released/supported by IPS any longer.
