Default PHP Images?

Why can't any of my users have .php images in their signatures

Example - http://www.miniville-site.com/minima...e=world_arandu
How would I post that as an image

This is what comes up:

That's understandable, but the reason I'm so curious is random members of my forum have the ability to avoid this filter, yet others can't and are asking me why they can't

Well have a look at their signature in your admin CP.......... are you sure they use the .php Image? or maybe they convert it to .gif and it only looks like they are avoiding the filter...

Maybe you should ask this question in fMods.
